This role may work a modified shift including days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service

Assist all customers with locating parts/placing orders

Suggest additional items as needed

Tidying/stocking

Receive/count inventory

Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships

Participate in training/development

Requirements





Excellent communication skills

Ag parts/machinery knowledge

Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills

Experience working with software systems

Ability to lift heavy parts

Valid drivers license

Work flexible/extended hours & weekends

Farming background/experience an asset

2+ yrs experience in a Parts role

Red Seal in Parts an asset
