Responsibilities

Professionally greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Sort and process parts orders.

Look up parts for customers and technicians.

Update customers on order status.

Prepare estimates and customer invoices.

Qualifications

Develop positive relationships with customers and staff.

Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliability in attendance and strong customer focus.

Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and face‑to‑face.

Bi‑lingual preferred (French/English).

Ontario Driver's licence.

Compensation
Pay based on experience, skill levels, quality of work and ability to work as a team member.
