Fort Hills Labourer Jobs - 14/7 - Camp + Paid Flights - Up to $36.74/hr - Fort McMurray, AB North American Construction Group is hiring Skilled Ground Workers for their remote mining site team at Fort Hills near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role offers the chance to work on one of the region’s largest and safest contracts, with excellent compensation and benefits. Ideal candidates are experienced labourers with a robust safety mindset and a willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.

Overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years experience in a labourer role
At least 1 year of previous mine experience
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract
Valid CSO, Silica Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness, Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation, Field Ergonomics
Ability to pass pre-employment testing (alcohol, drug, fitness, audiometric, vision)
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Safety-first attitude and strong listening skills
What Will Make You Stand Out Previous experience driving in the mine, shoveling, raking, grade/laser work, managing pumps and dewatering, installing piping and backfill
High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education
