Job Description
Customer Experience Associate responsible for performing a broad range of customer service transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures and regulations.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining discretion.

Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues as needed.

Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.

Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by participating in team effectiveness and performance development.

Assist the team with routine activities and keep teammates informed of status.





Recommend operational improvements to enhance quality of customer experiences.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation in a fast‑paced workplace.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm, courteous demeanor.
