The Herb Co. is a new independent cannabis retailer opening in Vancouver with a focus on quality, freshness, education, and craft cannabis. We are building a team that values strong customer service, product knowledge, accountability, and continuous growth. As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Supervisor / Keyholder to help support daily operations, lead by example, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations and customer service.

Open and close the store according to company procedures.

Assist with inventory management, receiving, cycle counts, and stock organization.

Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and company policies.

Support hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.

Coach and develop team members.

Assist with merchandising and product displays.

Help maintain a positive and professional store culture.

Support management with reporting, inventory audits, and operational tasks.





Qualifications

Previous cannabis retail experience preferred.

Previous leadership, keyholder, or management experience considered an asset.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable working independently and making decisions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
Competitive wage based on experience, growth opportunities, and future leadership opportunities within the company. Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour.
