What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs
Managing front desk operations, customer inquiries, and property tours
Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Keeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Positive attitude with robust people skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed
Schedule
Day shifts only
Monday to Saturday availability required
Weekend availability as needed
