Responsibilities Support and deliver on all personalized activities of daily living that meet residents’ needs, including ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship and nutritional support.
Build trusted relationships with residents, families and teams through continuous ongoing and effective communication.
Document the completion of tasks on an electronic health record platform throughout the shift and quickly identify and communicate changes in resident care needs to clinical leads.
Qualifications Personal Support Worker certification from a certified educational facility OR internationally educated nurse.
Solid drive, respect and an understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role.




Focus on teamwork and customer service with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills.
Volunteer or working experience in a senior living setting is an asset, not required.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required.
Current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or willingness to obtain one.
