Locations: Cambridge Bay, Churchill, Iqaluit, Igloolik, Ottawa, Rankin Inlet, Thompson, Winnipeg, and Yellowknife

Job Summary
The Aircraft Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentability of aircraft. Ensure all aircraft are cleaned and disinfected to specific company standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and safety required by Air Ambulance service providers.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education and experience

Must hold a current Canadian driver’s license with no restrictions

Must be able to acquire and maintain Transport Canada security clearance (RAIC)

Able to acquire an Airside Vehicle Operator Permit-AVOP

Previous cleaning experience, aviation, commercial, or residential experience would be an asset

Current Criminal Record Check

Indigenous Awareness and/or Cultural Diversity training considered an asset





Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Complete aircraft cleaning tasks as outlined in company checklists

Follow prescribed aircraft cleaning & disinfecting procedures

Provide shuttle service for flight crew & medical personnel

Operate company vehicle to provide shuttle services to company personnel

Complete all required training sessions and successfully complete training courses

Work independently with strong attention to detail

Follow all safety guidelines and protected workplace procedures

Washing and detailing the aircraft as required / other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

Shift Work: 12 hrs. Rotating Days / Night: 1 week on / 1 week off

Duties performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical ability to perform all listed job duties including but not limited to bending, sitting, standing, lifting to a maximum of 50lbs, pushing and pulling daily
