Overview
Supports founder recruitment, community engagement, communications, and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, participation, and growth across Tribe’s programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, websites, and event platforms.
Assist in developing content that promotes Tribe programs, founder success stories, and ecosystem activities.
Contribute to campaign planning and content calendars.
Help create promotional materials and event communications.
Community & Ecosystem Engagement
Support engagement activities for founders, alumni, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
Assist with the promotion and delivery of networking events, community gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives.
Help strengthen relationships with community members and partners through consistent communication.
Recruitment & Growth
Support outreach campaigns to attract applicants for Tribe programs.
Track recruitment performance and application pipelines.
Assist in identifying opportunities to increase participation and community engagement.
Help communicate program value propositions to target audiences.
Insights & Performance Tracking
Monitor marketing and engagement metrics.
Support analysis of campaign performance and participation trends.
Contribute recommendations to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention outcomes.
Qualifications & Experiences
Ongoing diploma/degree in Business Administration is preferred but not essential
Experience creating content for various social media platforms, including video and photo content
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva or Procreate
Relevant writing experience
Tech savviness, including familiarity with different social media apps and editing tools, and camera and mic configurations; Zoom hosting and Eventbrite setup are nice-to-haves
Other attributes
Willingness to learn recent tools
Team player
Currently enrolled in Saint Mary's University
