Empower women at Jean Tweed as a Full time Housing Support Worker. Offer client-centered support specializing in crisis intervention and housing stability for women and gender-diverse individuals.

Your role will engage women facing mental health and substance use challenges within a supportive housing environment. You will work collaboratively to deliver trauma-informed care and help clients achieve effective integration into the community. The position focuses on building essential life skills and promoting wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client check-ins and monitor wellness
• Identify and respond to crisis situations effectively
• Collaborate with team members and external service providers




• Support daily living skills such as budgeting and meal prep
• Document client interactions promptly and confidentially

Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Social Services
• 3 years experience in housing instability and support
• Expertise in crisis intervention and problem-solving
• Familiarity with community health resources
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification and Police check
