Key Objective As our Casualty Specialist Underwriter, you'll operate at the core of our underwriting team. Key Accountabilities Underwrite new business and renewals for commercial casualty accounts with technical precision and strategic insight Assess liability exposures, operations, loss history, and risk controls across Canada. Qualifications 4+ years of underwriting experience Experience underwriting SME and mid-market accounts. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer service instincts Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office; fast, accurate work is critical Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt positively when priorities shift Inclusive, transparent, and collaborative mindset with the resilience to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines Successful completion of a criminal record check General Insurance License in good standing (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days) Salary Range: CAD $65,000-$110,000 *Note: This job description may be subject to change at any time.
