The Water Security Agency is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Owners Engineering team.ResponsibilitiesThis position will provide professional engineering services and support to a broad range of activities directly related to the investigation, design, construction, and rehabilitation of water resource management and/or infrastructure management projects.Undertake routine to moderately complex projects or assignments.Manage and deliver water management projects of moderate size and complexity by collaborating with internal teams, engineering consultants, regulators, landowners, and other stakeholders.Lead the development of budgets, schedules, and forecasts, ensuring projects meet technical, regulatory, and environmental requirements.Prepare and review engineering documentation, tender and construction materials,



and administer construction contracts with strong judgment and attention to detail.Provide hands-on support during construction, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs, best management practices, and regulatory approvals.QualificationsDegree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering discipline.License to practice professional engineering from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).Applicants with the required education will be assessed to determine their level based on relevant experience.Additional InformationThis role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
