Duties:
Perform abatement activities in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
Use hand tools and power tools to remove, build, restore, and clean affected areas
Follow established procedures for containment, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials
Ensure proper handling and disposal of asbestos, lead, mold, or other hazardous substances
Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas requiring abatement
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for abatement activities
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to hazardous material removal
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards
Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and supervisors
