Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of kitchen, barista, and counter staff.
Operational Excellence: Ensure all food and beverages meet business quality and presentation requirements.
Inventory & Ordering: Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations.
Customer Relations:



Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure a top-tier guest experience.
Training: Train current staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand role within the food service industry is required.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to multi-task and make quick decisions under pressure.
Reliability: Exceptional attendance record and a high level of integrity.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, basic barista operations, and quick, accurate knife skills.
Sense of Urgency: Ability to take quick action, make swift decisions, and perform effectively while working under pressure in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
