Qualifications
Blow mold making is an asset but not required.
Inspect and verify dimensions to ensure conformance.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well with others.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Advanced math skills for calculations and measurement.
Able to set up CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. FANUC Control an asset.
Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
Solid knowledge of G-Codes.
Ability to modify programs and change offsets as necessary.
Ability to set fixtures, load tools, program, and find offsets.
Ability to prove out first part and problem solve as required in a timely manner.
