Position Overview

Springcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one support to a home care client on a short-term contract.

Available Shifts:
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Awake overnight shift – this is not a sleep shift.)

Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Laundry and maintaining a clean home setting
Companionship and emotional support
Assisting with daily living activities
Medication reminders (if applicable)
Community outings and errands




Accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Qualifications
Personal Support Worker Certificate
Current CPR & First Aid Certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
Reliable transportation is considered an asset
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach
