Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Handle cash and credit card payments accurately while providing friendly customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety standards are upheld through proper food handling and hygiene practices
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and provide excellent service




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Barista is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
