We are seeking an energetic and friendly Busser/Host to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations with professionalism and efficiency
Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
Ensure all dining surfaces, floors, and common areas are kept spotless through regular cleaning and sanitation
Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards when assisting in food delivery or setup
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and service flow
Assist with setting up dining areas before service begins and breaking down after closing shifts




Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries courteously and addressing any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Robust cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and kitchen operations is a plus
Previous hotel or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional service
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
Familiarity with serving procedures and guest service expectations within the food industry
