We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with shift hours running from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday ⁠(Minimum 3 hours - Maximum 6 hours shift). As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages.

Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will ensure that each customer receives prompt and friendly service. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and equipment.




Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but training will be provided.
Ability to work flexible hours.
