Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and food handling responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks as needed




Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating totals accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and work in a fast-paced setting
