Job Summary

Join our team as a Barista/Cashier, where you’ll prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service, and handle transactions accurately. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, to accurately process customer transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity
Greet customers warmly, take their food & drink orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, food prep stations, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food display tasks
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations and safety standards




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or accuracy

Qualifications
Previous barista experience and food service experience is required
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Clover, is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent English communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good time management skills to balance serving duties with cleanliness tasks
Prior experience in the food industry or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
