We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
Plate dishes attractively and efficiently for service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation




Support the team in meal preparation during peak hours to meet customer demand

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience working in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail in meal presentation
Solid understanding of the food industry, including meal preparation and serving protocols
