Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
Assist with front desk duties when needed

Experience:
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to sanitate tools and workstations




Proficiency in retail sales and upselling techniques
Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
Front desk experience in a salon setting is advantageous
