Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, process payments efficiently, and handle cash with care
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
Support team members with serving food and beverages,



restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in serving or food preparation roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
