Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events and functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive outstanding service in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a strong background in hospitality, food service, and customer service to create memorable dining experiences.

Duties
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously during events.
Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow.
Transparent tables and reset for the next course or event as needed.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a protected dining environment.





Qualifications
Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
Strong background in guest services and hospitality, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Smart Serve
Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to engage with guests effectively.
Experience in serving, food preparation, or hotel settings is a plus.
