Pristine Roofing & Siding is actively looking for experienced roofing subcontractor crews in Winnipeg for a long-term partnership.

We are not looking for occasional help or overflow labor. We are looking for professional crews interested in consistent work, reliable scheduling, and building a long-term relationship with an established local company.

Requirements:
Established roofing crew with residential shingle experience
Valid WCB coverage
Liability insurance
Proper fall protection and safety certifications
Own tools, equipment, and transportation
Ability to maintain high quality standards and professionalism on site




Solid communication and reliability

Preferred:
Crew size of 4–8 installers
Experience with insurance restoration projects
Experience completing full residential re-roofs efficiently and safely
Ability to handle multiple projects per week during peak season
