The Prospect: We are looking for a full-time Client Representative to join our North York team. In this role, you will:
Represent partner brands at promotional events and retail activations in the North York area
Engage with customers to understand their needs and present relevant products and services
Deliver clear and accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
Support customers through the purchase or enrollment process with patience and professionalism
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current campaigns, promotions, and product offerings
Record customer interactions, sales activity, and daily notes accurately
Support team sales objectives and bring a consistent, positive presence to every event
Take part in ongoing training and team development sessions

Available for full-time hours with flexibility across weekdays and Saturdays
A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required
Reliable transportation for in-person work in the North York area
