About the Role

As a Benefits Advisor, you will meet virtually with clients to help them better understand available benefit options and support them in making informed decisions based on their needs.

This position combines communication, relationship-building, organization, and client service in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual client consultations and presentations
Build professional, trust-based client relationships
Identify client needs and explain available benefit options
Maintain organized follow-up and workflow management
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Maintain a consistent and skilled work from home presence
