Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared following food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station and the overall kitchen area
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Serve dishes with attention to presentation and quality standards
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the sous chef or head chef
Adhere to all health, safety,



and sanitation policies within the kitchen environment

Requirements
Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service setting
Solid knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations
Experience in the food industry with a focus on meal preparation and food safety standards
Excellent skills in food presentation and meal assembly
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Banquet or catering experience is preferred
Flexibility on shifts
