About Us The Clubhouse - Gateway Golf Ltd. is a restaurant located at North Bay's premier indoor golf simulator destination. We pride ourselves on serving quality food in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Complete daily food preparation and prep lists
Ensure food is presented consistently and professionally
Follow proper food handling, portioning, and storage procedures
Open and close the kitchen following established procedures
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving stock
Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Wash dishes and assist with general kitchen cleaning when required
Operate kitchen equipment safely
Follow all Health Unit and food safety regulations
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure effective service
Assist with daily features, specials, and menu development




Perform other kitchen duties as required

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a cook is required
Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset
Food Handler Certification is required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
