Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Adhere to all health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for staff and guests

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is highly desirable
Familiarity with the food industry environment, including meal preparation and food handling practices
Experience working in fast-paced settings with a focus on quality and efficiency is advantageous
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

Must be available to work nights and weekends, and must have reliable transportation. Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
