Deli Clerk – De Luca’s South Landing

66 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, Manitoba De Luca’s Specialty Foods is looking for a motivated and friendly Deli Clerk to join our team at our South Landing location in Oak Bluff. As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and serving deli products while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked deli department and contribute to an inviting shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
Prepare and serve deli items such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat foods
Slice, portion, and package products accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area
Restock display cases and ensure product presentation is appealing
Monitor product freshness, rotation, and expiry dates
Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, scales, etc.)




Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Assist with general store duties as needed

Qualifications
Previous deli, food service, or retail experience is an asset (but not required)
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Food handling certification is an asset
