The expected hiring range for this role is $26.60 to $33.25 per hour based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Deliver exceptional client service while representing Westland Insurance professionally across phone, email, and in‑person interactions Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations across personal lines to ensure the right coverage and protection Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes while handling more complex insurance cases with accuracy and attention to detail Build lasting client relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer journey, including renewals, claims assistance, and follow-up communication Support branch success by collaborating with team members, mentoring peers, and assisting with training, reporting, and day‑to‑day operations as needed Every day, Westland proves that building a great business means taking care of communities, clients, and each other with equal commitment.
