You will report directly to the Director of Care, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered nursing services. Your expertise will contribute to developing accurate care plans and performing patient assessments, thus improving quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
- Complete and update clinical care assessments and documentation
- Implement and evaluate care/service plans and adjust as necessary




- Assist in scheduling and participating in resident care conferences
- Administer medications and direct resident care according to standards Requirements:
- Practical Nurse Diploma with current registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in seniors’ health
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
