Elevate safety standards as a Lockout/Tagout Strategy Team Leader. Oversee the enforcement of LOTO procedures to guarantee project safety and HSE compliance across diverse shipboard systems. In this significant leadership role, you will implement and monitor LOTO processes in collaboration with the Project Management Office and various departments.

Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing LOTO strategies while ensuring team alignment with health and safety standards. You will also be instrumental in facilitating communication with clients to secure effective LOTO handovers and documentation throughout projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the LOTO team by example and standards
- Develop effective LOTO strategy plans for projects




- Collaborate with commissioning teams during reactivation
- Track LOTO status and updates during meetings
- Promote a robust culture of HSE awareness Requirements:
- Preferred degree in engineering or marine engineering
- LOTO management and health and safety experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
