The Loss Prevention

Supervisor will support the Security Management by leading, developing, and supporting the security team members to meet and/or exceed the mission of the Global Protection Department; to promote and support the protection of the employees, clients, and assets of our companyand to elevate the Tiffany store experience. In partnership with the Security Managers, this role supports all security related business needs to protect company assets, employees, and clients. Lead and motivate the security team(s) to consistently focus on the main drivers of security culture such as MPS, door coverage, employee awareness training and safety.

Optimize security schedules to maximize coverage during peak hours, events, overnight coverage, facilities support etc. Ensure that all physical security systems and maintenance schedules are to standard including CCTV, alarms, radios, locks, keys, perimeter doors / gates, etc. Manage security team to act as a Tiffany luxury security qualified with a customer eccentric approach.





Coach staff to enhance the customer experience by acknowledging clients as they enter and leave the store, providing each customer with a consistent and gracious greeting. Project a professional and calm demeanor while dealing with clients and employees regardless of the situation.

High School Diploma

Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to communicate with customers and employees both verbally and written. Must be available to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work with geographically remote individuals.
