About the Role
Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and invites you to join our Huntsville office. In this role, you will represent the Westland brand and values while delivering exceptional insurance service and trusted advice to our clients.

Compensation
Expected hiring range: $44,000 to $55,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions. Westland also offers a competitive commission.

Responsibilities

Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate personal lines insurance solutions.

Leverage insurance knowledge and strong sales skills to assess clients’ home, auto, and lifestyle insurance needs.





Close new business and contribute to Westland’s growth and success.

Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards.

Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues, management, and insurance partners to foster strong team dynamics.

Participate in sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales‑driven, client‑focused approach.

Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals.

High attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels.

Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

RIBO license and at least one year of insurance experience.

Commitment to ongoing professional development; CAIB or CIP is an asset.
