Overview
Service Technician - Restaurant Equipment. Action Restaurant Services is one of the largest Canadian-owned foodservice repair and installation companies in Southern Ontario. Located in Markham, Action has been servicing, testing, rebuilding, and installing restaurant and bakery equipment since 1979.
Responsibilities
Assist with servicing, testing, rebuilding, and installing restaurant and bakery equipment.
Work with a team to diagnose and solve problems using strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
Be handy around hand and power tools.
Be comfortable driving a service van (clean driving record required).
Full time position including some overtime and occasional on-call weekend duties.
Qualifications
Have completed high school with some credits in math, physics, chemistry, or electronics.
Be able to communicate well in English and organize thoughts clearly.
Experience with gas appliances is an asset.
Be willing to attend training schools locally or out of town.
