Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for various positions
• Source candidates using strategic outreach methods

Requirements:
• 3–4 years in IT recruitment or as an HR Generalist
• Familiarity with MSP or MSSP is advantageous
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Software
• Solid KPI understanding and pipeline management
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
