Summary
Provide exceptional, personalized customer support by phone, email and chat in both French and English for e-commerce customers. Handle order inquiries, payments, fraud, returns and deliveries while leveraging CRM tools to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience. Actively identify opportunities to present products and support sales growth within an online luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails and chats while maintaining high standards of service.
Create and manage service tickets accurately in Salesforce Service Cloud to facilitate issue resolution.
Resolve and follow up on inquiries related to orders, payments, fraud, returns, exchanges and deliveries.
Maintain and update customer database to ensure a personalized experience.




Promote products and support sales opportunities through informed product recommendations.
Assist customers through the e-commerce journey to ensure a smooth online experience.
Requirements
Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in luxury, hospitality or high-touch environments.
Bilingual French and English proficiency, oral and written, serving clients across provinces.
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce Service Cloud), e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office.
Robust problem-solving skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Availability to work full time on-site at the office and maintain professional presentation and confidentiality.
