Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders, operate welding equipment safely, inspect finished work for quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.

Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work independently
Ability to perform consistent welds in high-volume manufacturing settings.
Basic understanding of welding procedures,
joint preparation, and heat control.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Proficient with grinders, torches, clamps, jigs, and material-handling tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Follows supervisor instructions and works effectively as part of a team.
Understands and adheres to production schedules.
Produces quality welds in accordance with specifications.
Maintains equipment and tools in good working order.
Reads and interprets drawings and blueprints accurately.
