We’re looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands‑on work, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.

Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.

Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.

Willingness to learn and work well with others.

Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).

Employment Details

Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.

Shift: Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM (40 hours per week).

Schedule perk: Every Friday off (no rotating shifts).

Pay: CA$22 – CA$26 per hour (hourly rate based on experience and weld test).

Additional $1.50 per hour night‑shift premium for all hours worked Monday‑Thursday afternoon shift.
