Join Supported Lifestyles as an Addiction & Disability Lead Support Worker, where you will use your skills to positively influence the lives of individuals with complex needs.

In this full-time role, you will blend your leadership and clinical skills to direct a team while providing front-line support to individuals with mental health challenges and disabilities. You will oversee intervention plans, conduct staff training, and serve as a vital resource in both crisis and routine situations. This position reflects your commitment to supporting marginalized communities in a not-for-profit setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of individualized care plans
• Train and support front-line staff effectively
• Provide direct assistance in crisis situations




• Document case notes and client interactions accurately
• Report to the Complex Needs Coordinator for service oversight

Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant human services field
• Two years’ experience with disabilities or mental health
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required
