As a casual Shelter Resource Worker, you will be directly involved in assisting adults facing homelessness and experienced challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance and support to guests in the shelter
• Identify and share community resources
• Interview guests and ensure safety standards
• Document records and maintain data accurately
• Support recent employees in their onboarding

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or relevant certification
• Two years of recent experience in a related field
• Understanding of community resources
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector required
