Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor at our Langley Willoughby office. If you love discussing insurance and providing exceptional client service, this role offers a career-focused experience where you can grow your industry knowledge and build long‑term client relationships.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $23.00 to $27.75 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions and internal equity.

Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!)

Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention

Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations

Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
