Do you enjoy working outside and speaking with guests from all over the world? We are looking to recruit Lift Operations Lead Hands in our Tube Time Park for the upcoming winter season. Do you have at least one year of experience running chair lifts and supervising others? You will support the Lift Operations Supervisors in daily operations of the Tube Park, Bungee Trampoline, and other special events. Compensation Information
$22.45 per hour
Physical Requirement
Heavy; work activities involve handling loads up to 20 kg; predominantly in an outdoor setting (possible extreme cold).
Location
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.
Skills You Bring With You
A team player with proven supervisory and guest service skills.
Self-motivated with a strong personal work ethic, keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to show up, be consistent, have a valuable attitude and act with integrity.
Valid BC class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise and operate afternoon operations (Tube Park and surface lifts) as directed by the Lift Operations Manager and Lift Operations Supervisors.
Ensure that the safety of afternoon operations is kept at the highest standard.
Give direction to staff and possess the ability to follow up when necessary.
Present yourself in the highest standards of image and appearance on a daily basis, to set the standard for your staff.
Supervise all work in accordance and adherence with established safety and inspection procedures, including; start up, lane checks, obtaining loading clearances, unload ramp, maze tubing lane maintenance, daily log sheets, shut down, and post operational procedures.
