The YMCA is looking for dedicated educators for their Early Learning Centres. This role involves implementing the Accredited YMCA National Curriculum, PlayingTo Learn, to encourage children's natural curiosity. You'll collaborate with families and peers to build a strong community focused on respect and inclusivity while promoting child development and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop age-appropriate curriculum activities for children
• Engage collaboratively with families and co-learners




• Facilitate secure and inclusive play experiences
• Support children's growth and understanding of the world
• Promote leadership capabilities within the learning environment

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Experience in a child care setting
• Up-to-date First Aid/CPR-C certification
• Clear Criminal Reference Check
• Understanding of Child Care and Early Years Act
