Excel Honda is looking for an Automotive Sales BDC Agent !

Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.

Logging customer details and comments in our system.

Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.

Follow up customer incoming leads via various channels: website, automotive sites, emails, texts, calls, Honda leads, customer database.

Communicate with customers fluently in English and French using telephone, text, email, sharing photo and product information.

Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.

Greeting customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Ensure customers are happy with our service.





Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Qualifications

Communication: Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).

Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify underlying needs behind a easy online inquiry.

Rigour: Sharp organizational skills for managing follow-ups and reporting.

Proactivity: You don’t wait for the phone to ring; you reach out to the client first!
