As a full-time Facilities Manager, you will work 37.5 hours per week at Acclaim Health’s Speers Office, supporting numerous facilities. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, welcoming workplace through effective facility management. Previous experience in a healthcare facility setting is a significant asset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance schedules for facility operations
• Coordinate minor repairs and oversee major renovations
• Manage procurement and maintenance contracts




• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and inspections
• Analyze security reports and take appropriate action

Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Over 5 years of facility management experience
• Ontario driver’s license and insurance required
• Proficient in health and safety compliance
• Experience in contract management and negotiation
