Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Assist with retail sales, including product recommendations and demonstrations
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

-Speak fluent English

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service and work for beauty spa
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
Multilingual skills are a bonus.

-Knowledge about Nails and Spa ,also previous experience work at salon require.
